Activities
At the School of the Madeleine our students have the opportunity to partake in a multitude of activities both in and out of school. Whether it is through student leadership, ECP after school enrichment classes, MAD Band, Madeleine Choir, and through our parents' supported CYO sports program.
Service Learning
Another vital part of our school community is Service Learning. Where students learn what it means to "be good to one another" by helping others in need. Done through Faith Family activities, in class service projects, or through our Junior High GOLD program (Giving Outstanding Leadership Daily), our students learn this vital part of the Gospel message.

Student Leadership
Under our leadership model the students apply for different leadership positions by completing an application and going through an interview process with the Jr. High faculty and principal. The faculty then meets to discuss which positions best fit each student that applies. The student leadership is divided into three groups: Activities, Newspaper, and Yearbook. Members of each group are responsible for providing a spirit of community and faith through various activities and projects.
Extended Care Program

Weekly music lessons are offered for the following instruments: trumpet, saxophone, flute, clarinet, trombone, euphonium and drums. The MAD band performs at the first Friday assemblies, 2 concerts and at some Madeleine sporting events.

Madeleine Choir
We have three active Madeleine choirs. The Youth Choir welcomes students in grades 5 – 8. Our Children’s Choir features students in the third and fourth grade. Our Second Grade Junior Choir is a transition choir, which prepares second graders for future choir experiences. Choir members participate in school performances and concerts, school liturgies and family liturgies, and service projects.
